De Jure MCP connector
De Jure for Claude: Turkish case law and legislation
De Jure connects Claude to Turkish law. Ask a legal question in Turkish or English: Claude searches decisions of the Court of Cassation (Yargıtay), the Council of State (Danıştay), the Constitutional Court, regional and first-instance courts, the European Court of Human Rights and Turkish regulatory boards, and returns the matching passages with full citations.
MCP server URL
https://mcp.dejure.ai/mcpDe Jure is built for lawyers and legal teams in Türkiye. The connector gives Claude AI-assisted research tools; results, reports and drafts are research aids and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before they are relied on.
What you can do
- Find case law on a legal question, with exact passages and citations (court, chamber, docket and decision numbers, date).
- Verify a citation before relying on it: De Jure confirms whether a decision with that court and those numbers exists.
- Read the full text of a decision.
- Read consolidated Turkish legislation article by article, see an article’s amendment history and the articles an amending law changed.
- With a paid De Jure plan: start deep research reports, petition drafts and contract analyses, and return to your earlier work.
Every decision the tools return carries its citation and a link to its page on app.dejure.ai, so you can check the source before you rely on it.

Permissions and approvals
- Read tools are marked read-only and have no side effects. Claude groups them as read-only tools in the connector settings, so you can allow them all at once.
- Write tools (start_deep_research, start_petition_draft, start_contract_analysis, send_feedback) create a new item in your own De Jure account and use your plan’s quota. They are marked destructive and grouped as write tools; by default Claude asks for your approval before each call.
- No tool deletes or edits your data, files anything with a court or sends messages to anyone else.
- Long-running jobs (deep research, petition drafting, contract analysis) return an id first; Claude checks back for the result, and you can also open it on app.dejure.ai.
Plans and limits
- A De Jure account is required. Search, citation verification, decision full text and legislation work on the free plan.
- Deep research, petition drafting, contract analysis and your earlier work need a paid De Jure plan; they share quota with the De Jure web app.
- Daily usage limits depend on your plan. When a limit is reached, the tool returns a clear message with the reset time.
